a bit About me

Chris Kenny - Founder and Principal Consultant

I founded Jdi Digital to bring operational clarity and delivery excellence to healthcare—drawing on two decades of experience in workforce planning, digital strategy, and customer experience for some of the UK’s most demanding service environments.

Before Jdi, I led call centre workforce planning and digital channel strategy for blue-chip brands including British Airways and Barclaycard. I’ve built and scaled systems that handle millions of customer interactions—optimising staffing, digital journeys, and operational performance to deliver world-class service.

I also spent five years managing large-scale digital transformation in Clinical Home Care, including critical systems, RX management, and GxP-critical patient-affecting processes. This combined contact centre and healthcare change experience is what gives me a unique lens.

Now, I apply that same rigour to healthcare. I help clinical and operational teams manage patient demand, streamline digital pathways, and embed change that sticks. My background in operational efficiency enables me to put you in the driving seat to reduce your operational effort in the short, medium and long term.
